The dining spaces
Convivium
In the former Church of Santa Scolastica, the spirituality of the place merges with the elegance of contemporary design. The result of refined restoration, it boasts a captivating atmosphere amplified by the sense of spaciousness inspired by the nave.
Loggiato
Well sheltered and overlooking the Valdinievole, it is the ideal place to enjoy the gastronomic offerings or an aperitif while being captivated by the beauty of the landscape.
Matroneo
Evocative and intimate, it was once the internal loggia of the Church reserved for the nuns or the choir. It preserves intact the beautiful ceiling with small cross vaults resting on two columns.
Dispensa
The room with a large fireplace where the nuns, in the 16th and 17th centuries, likely offered food and shelter to pilgrims, is now the ideal space to share the gastronomic experience in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Agrumeto
Surrounded by citrus trees, a corner of the garden where you can relax and be captivated by the splendid panorama and the many offerings of the restaurant.
Refettorio
The space that once housed the liturgical vestments offers the perfect atmosphere to meet for tea or an aperitif, or to enjoy a relaxing break accompanied by some suggestions from the Chef at any time of day.
Cantina
Modern and intimate, it is the setting to taste a carefully curated selection of labels accompanied by select dishes.

The Bar
An elegant space with welcoming and private corners that invite you to take a break. It is ideal for relaxing, meeting, or making appointments at any time of day. Perfect for a snack, an aperitif, tea, or an after-dinner drink. It offers a choice from an extensive list of wines, spirits, and a series of signature drinks created by the bartender with ingredients from the garden.
