The history of the monastery and its rebirth<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The restoration work on the former Monastery of Santa Scolastica, now La Monastica Resort, began in 2005 and involved not only the ancient religious building but also several public spaces and paths within the northern walls of the village. The project started from the idea of restoring that lost integrity not only to the convent but also to the small historic center, recovering as much as possible of the original architectural design and atmosphere. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
